1.Structural layout: The high-precision spindle motor can move left and right to achieve V-shaped crossover, and realize the combined cutting of four 6-meter upvc profiles ±45° and V-shaped mouths, without calculating the offset of the cutting point;

2.Multi-axis servo drive system: 5-axis servo motor drives the gear rack to move, with fast movement speed and low movement noise;

3.Reciprocating feeding: There are 5 sets of two sets of retractable feeding devices designed, and the synchronous transmission of multiple sets of feeding devices is realized through the synchronous belt. While one set is processing, the other set can continue to swing the material manually, making rational use of the cutting time;

4.Gantry feeding: The gantry-type clamping feeding device, according to the program setting, realizes accurate feeding and cutting;

5.Gantry pulling: The gantry-type clamping and pulling device, starting from the reference zero point each time, pulls the profile to the set size position, avoiding the cumulative error caused by continuous feeding, and ensuring the processing size accuracy;

6.Step-by-step cutting: The cutting motor driven by the servo motor, first drops down to complete the cutting at a 45°angle; then the discharge side motor rises , the sawing motor on the feeding side falls, and another 45° angle is cut during the return stroke, avoiding the danger of the waste head splashing onto the saw blade on the opposite side and the loss of precision;

7.Mobile workbench: The left and right workbenches can be moved to achieve the maximum waste drop and the minimum sawing cut during cutting;

8.Mobile receiving table: The receiving table before discharging can be moved forward and backward, two-stage push and discharge mode, avoid the gantry pulling device when cutting, and move to the discharging table when receiving the material, which is convenient for the operator to take the material;

9.The integral host bed, after the factory precision debugging is completed, it only needs to be connected to the loading table and adjusted to the level when it arrives at the customer's place, which is convenient for installation and debugging;

10.Taiwan industrial computer control, can directly read the customer's optimized processing data, and various cutting methods are graphically displayed for easy operator selection.
